Anybody else feels like this whole crypto trading and hold is literally a play to catch game?

First people enter in after missing out, then it keeps pumping then even more enter out of FOMO and gotcha! the price doesn't move up anymore, goes even lower for a few weeks... panic sell...gotcha! it was going up after all! so they enter again and hold more and hope even more people buy in so that the price moves up and so on.

It's just buying hoping that the value increases out of nothing more than greed and emotional attachment.

And the more it goes down, the harder it gets to make all these FOMO losers to sell because they learned their lesson so gotcha! it was going further down... when nobody sells anymore we repump at an even lower.

I've tried to find any other meaning to the patterns on the chart, it's the only thing that explains it, there is not a single event, news(other than coinbase) or change that drives the price up or down if not for whales and banks manipulating it.
