The gvt token passes the howey test according to gvts attorneys. That does NOT mean the sec will agree for sure ....

Now, when you are going to use genesis vision when it goes live in October, when you find a manger and and you get accepted into his program, the gvt tokens will be exchanged into “mangers tokens” these tokens are 100% a security. 100% no question.
