Check the wallets. Both are owned by binance but have different purposes. First wallet is nothing special, no special purpose but to hold revenues and such. Second wallet is a distribution wallet. 1.6 million LINKs are exiting the market right now. We'll see where it goes. It isn't a retailer transaction, that's for sure.

They are just internally rebalancing their wallets.
This happens from time to time.. happened 4 days ago also.

Binance 1 is their *incoming* deposit wallet
Binance 2,3 & 4 are generally *outgoing* wallets.
Binance 5 is the cold storage wallet.

This does not mean one person has bought that much LINK, but it could indicate that binance expect people to be withdrawing to their personal wallets.
