I feel shit. i am more or less in charge of a family friends VEN. he wanted to invest on it at 5 dollars with 20k.

I said wait 6 months, it will be cheaper, but he wanted to 2get it over with and done". so i did it for him against my recommendation. Hes a completely tech illiterate boomer.
IDK if i should sell it for him and buy it back cheaper or not, i wanted to do this ever since the swap but obviously i shouldn't really be making this decision with his money, its not mine. but i really see VEN going under a dollar, as most alts are gonna die. i sold most my alts a long time ago.

what should i do?

this is what i will do. i need to remind myself i am not responsible at all. i told him explicitly when he invested that there is no assumption that i am accountable for this, and i will only do as i am asked, or handle technical things like the token swap.
i said the day he asked, that he should buy in 6 months as market is not rational and is correction, but he was impatient and wanted in at 5 bucks. hes not poor or anything, it way more or less play money, but still. i am guilt free.
I see Vechain going under a dollar in some months, but even if that is true i guess its not my call at all. i dont even want to warn him as tehy puts me in a bad position too.
