WTF AION is less than ICO price. Should I go all in at this? 55 cents currently.

Neo has been up and running for 2 years and is getting ready to update for commercial enterprise support. Aion is going to have to prove their shit. That said, at 60c im in for 10k

Not every coin has the co-founder of the Ethereum network advising its team either. But AION does.

What makes AION legit is interoperability, jesus it's like you retards don't read whitepapers.

I'm going to put this as simple as I can for you all.

>There are a lot of smart contract platforms in development.

If you make code for one platform say ethereum using its coding language solidity. It's not going to run on another platform, say platform Y coded in the XYZ coding language.

AION being a smart contract platform is only for functionalities sake, that's not AION's primary purpose is. What AION aims to do is develope virtual machines that run on the AION network so that a person can say, make a smart contract on the Ethereum platform. Then, have that contract interact with another smart contract on the Y platform as if the Y platform were the ethereum platform.

Imagine running a ubuntu VM on a windows machine or vice versa, only the software running on the VM and the primary OS can interact with each other seamlessly.

Imagine if someone developed a way for all computer operating systems to seamlessly interact with another and apply that use-case to crypto.

> AION will be the smart contract platform of smart contract platforms.

In the future if smart contracts take off, there will most likely be one platform for defacto use...big companies don't want the hassle of multiple platforms.

Aion is focused on state swap within the ETH network. It can also carry out swaps between external chains, straight value swap.
Ark doesn't have state swap within its network, but has more external working connections than aion.
Ark and Aion sorta overlap but aren't really competing in the same vain. Ark is about launching modular template blockchains with lots of developer tools, interoperability is simply another feature. One that they're surprisingly good at.
Ark is known for interop as it was one of the first widely shilled on /biz/ but interop isn't its goal.
In all likelihood Ark will become the go to for projects launching main nets, ICOs etc. and Aion will help provide liquidity for swaps. It won't overtake Ark's function as you only need to hold Ark to access every crypto there is, Aion will be a background function token. Still valuable.
