>inb4 muh dot com bubble popped, but is now far stronger today
the internet was a revolutionary technology that changed almost every aspect of humanity, there is no benefit to using Blockchain over an SQL database

>> No.10476049

It wont happen unless etf is approved and using normies as extra booster fuel.

Weatern normies didn't buy shit. It was almost completely asian FOMO. HaVe people already forgotten the "South korea premium"? Wasn't it like 27k ATH in some South Korean exchange? You understand what that means right? The crypto adoption rates are insane in south korea, like 30%. Fairly high in Japan aswell, while in the US it's like 2% and propably similar in Europe.

It was a combination of asians fomoing into it after years of toying around with it, and the fact that no one knew about 1MB blocks.

Most people were stuck with their BTC and couldn't move to sell it so the people who had BTC on the exchanges were able to sell it for a premium for fiat.

This will happen again and morons will buy it while some people will wait a week to get their confirmation going through the slowed down blockchain.
