Holy shit why is Local Bitcoin such shit? I fucking open a trade for BTC, the guy that picks it up demands verification. Okay, fine. Go through that whole process and then when I send him the money the faggot disputes the charge and then goes silent.
I've sent multiple support tickets, calls etc. When I finally get an admin on the line he just says there's nothing they can do about it

USE PAYFAIR. Its uses escrow. To become an escrow node you need to put up 3000 PFR. In the event of a dispute, 3 escrow have to vote in favor of one party or the other before the escrow funds are released or returned.

In your case, the escrow nodes would have asked for proof of your payments. If everything checked out, they have the power to release the escrow payment from the seller. Also escrow nodes get 99% of the fee for their service.

Escrow nodes are chosen at random. It prevents nigger tier pajeet scam collusion (hello meuller).

You would have been protected. Escrow nodes run by basement NEETS get paid. Trust nodes (10k PFR) get paid. Scammers are BTFO and the feds cant touch the site because its decentralised and maintained by cunning russians on the ethereum blockchain.
