1. Obtain ETH or BTC through coinbase or gemini. Make an account if you don't have one.

2. Send your BTC or ETH to Binance. Make an account if you dont have one.

3. Use your BTC or ETH to purchase LINK.

This really isn't that hard.

Don't use binance, the fees are absurd. I would recommend using Kyber Network.

You should buy something else. The codes involved have a high risk for people unaccustomed to crypto. I find the zalpha post buy wallet transfer tricky and don't really know how to do it understand it and I've been trading btc for years. Have you considered Mobius its the same kind of thing but easier to begin with?

this except put it in an external wallet, preferrably a hard wallet like a trezor or ledger nano. If you don't want to but one then look up the safest methods to store it.

Link is the inverse of the cummulative standarized normal distribution of an ethereum block. You enter the “probability that a value Z is up to…” and it returns that value Z (in terms of “sigmas”, because it is the standarized distribution with average 0 and sigma 1).

Example: NORMSINV(0.5)=0, NORMSINV(0.00135)=-3, NORMSINV(0.9772)=2. NORMSINV(0) and NORMSINV(1) will return error, because they correspond to – infinte sigmas and +infinte sigmas

You'll get the hang of it.

They gonna give any company that has API data a way to earn a fuckton of USD with minimal effort. These companies now have a huge incentive to encourage the adoption of smart contracts.

You have to endeavor to become delusional, to induce a temporary state of insanity if you will. Only then will you be able to have the motivation to spend real hard earned money on Chainlink tokens.
