My work, the gym, the butcher and greengrocers, supermarket and anything worth doing are all within a 10-15 minute walk from where I live. I have 0 reason to run a car because even if I had one i'd barely drive it anyway. If I'm going down to London or something it's easier to take the train.

I have my license though so I always have the option if I need to get a car for some reason like if I take a job somewhere else in which case I'd actually need one.
