Is your company actively persuining diversity?

I currently work for a company that's really pushing it. Medicore management woman are promoted to senior management. While there are better (white male) candidates with proven track record.

Also we have pro gay and Islam groups within the company.

It really blows my mind, I thought that the free market would hire the best for the job.

This is another reason I won't get into wage cucking.

All while doing mind numbing, degrading work and putting up with political bullshit. Don't get me wrong there are some aspects of working and socialising I would enjoy but fuck me if it isn't the worst life decision available right now.

Left my last job because of this bullshit. Diversity always turns into victim-complex women claiming to be minority and blackmailing their way through a career.

i was called to an inter-department workshop a few weeks ago with the on-paper agenda of "how this corporation can improve the hiring process" or something like that
needless to say it was a diversity meme shit in disguise
two excruciating hours of listening to how "diversity is good for corporations", "only 15% of employees here are female" (its embedded/low-level development mostly) and how it has to be improved
no criticism allowed i was sharply told when i mentioned that maybe, just maybe the numbers are fine and representative of the applicants because back when i graduated with some meme masters in embedded systems, there were 1 female and 14 males
there are maybe 4 female engineers that i know of out of 300 people, the remainder of female hires are in HR and other meme positions and i see them constantly being advised to take multiple days off, or half-days for weeks in a row only to attend some female leadership online courses
what the hell is this shit
i remember the single girl graduating with the rest of us guys had 7 job offers within two weeks of graduating while the rest of us had at best one

MY last job was fucking ridiculous.

Of the 15 district managers, 2 were white males. 9 were black people. 4 were hispanic. Blacks were treated with an entirely different set of rules and could basically do whatever they wanted without fear of retribution, Same for women and gays. They celebrated black history month and woman's month, but nothing for the actual people who keep the compnay running.

Fuck pepsi.
