tldr:
* short equities, real estate
* buy gold, alcohol, tobacco & firearms.

It so happened that I lucked out on selling everything mid June, before (some) Tech stocks tanked. And, as even Zerohedge gets too fucking positive, I've put everything in gold.

Next step (once my broker allows it) is shorting the shit out of major indices.
