Likely, this is a project that seeks to leverage Intel SGX or some other technology to provide cloud based TEE (Trusted Execution Environments).

Chainlink is also being developed to utilize TEE (see affiliation with Ari Juels) but that seems to be the only degree of "connection" here. Two completely unaffiliated projects utilizing the same technology.
