When someone says before EOY it means before December 31st (literally the end of year) but don't assume that it could be anytime before that, so assume it will be coming out December 31st so you don't have high hopes for a fast release. This means that the road map, website refresh, brand refresh etc. could be released: August, September, October, November or December.
