The funniest thing about this meme is the implication that 30-year-olds in 2018 have lawns, or own property in general.

not everyone who has kids is in a "financial position" to do so. and there are a lot of really low IQ white women who know their only possible path to value and being able to be lazy all day is through shitting out as many kids as possible. there are plenty of millenials with kids.

My choices in life should not be to buy a house in bumblefuck and commute 2 hours to the nearest city for work every day. I live in the northeast and the only people i know that are actually making it (buying a house, having kids, getting married) all have rich parents.

https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2015/07/millennials-with-rich-parents/398501/

>> No.10172649

>>10172573
Although my parents are rich, they never helped me financially, not even paying for college, which i didn't attend because of the expense and the fact that I knocked a bitch up at my peak... Moreover, I think having rich parents just gives a person a certain mindset to succeed in life and having kids is like putting petrol in the gas tank, because once you're responsible for another human in that way, it really motivates you to hustle everyday of your life. That, and rich people generally have a higher IQ, so the whole genetic lineage gets a boost as well. Rich people aren't into giving handouts, quite the opposite in reality. I'll have an inheritance, mostly properties though, so I'll need to be financially stable if I want to hold on to those assets and not become nigger rich for a few years.

>> No.10172788

>>10172573
Read your shitty leftist article. I think the millennials that do fall into this category of receiving mom and dad handouts are the absolute worst of this generation. I told my parents a long time ago to sell their mcmansion and live somewhat frugally and spend all their money traveling the world before they got too old. I don't want their money, it's not mine to have. Thank god they sold their house which cost them 30k a year in property taxes alone back in 2007 before the markets crashed. They fell for the real boomer meme back before people realized what a man it was and have since traveled New Zealand, Europe and the US. Glad they listened.

Normies don't realize how easy it is to blow through cash like that. I'm sorry that it caused such undue stress in your family. I'm not looking forward to my inheritence even though it'll consist of a beach front condo, a nice house in vacation town, 80 acres in flyover country with a lake, some land, 25% of an apartment complex, and probably some cash they don't end up spending because I have an older sister that'd likely do just what your mother did. That and watching 30% go up in smoke to fund the leaches of society really makes me want to puke.

Lol what a faggot.

I'm ashamed of my father for going down with the Lehman ship and not going to Goldman when he had the chance in early 00s.

I'll inherent literally millions less than I was supposed to because he was so senior that you get paid 80/20 in stock/cash and the stock is deferred comp for years out. So basically the last 5 years he worked there he worked for free since all that deferred comp went to 0 before he ever saw it. Dumbass.

Still rich enough to pay for my 60k/yr undergrad out of pocket and then give me my college fund when I graduated that I bought a condo with. I'm about to save enough for ab50% down payment for another condo and move into there and rent this one out. When I pay off that second one I plan on buying a house and having the millennial ducks renting my 2 condos pay my entire mortgage while I drink monsters and mvle my lawn at 9 am.

I'm 25.
