Is there anyone on this board that doesn't think the ICO coins are securities? At least most likely....

Once the SEC make a concrete ruling the majority of the ICO coins will plumit, most likely. Why hold on to a potential liability?

>MUH utility tokens

t. oldfag who remembers when BTC was ruled a commodity & knows the reason why. willing to look up links to show you newfags the past of crypto.

t. not a mutt

I think you know the answer to this. Everyone thinks they'll be out of the position before it happens and they'll dump at 100x. Or you have the believers thinking it's the next ETH and it won't matter.
We take big risks holding shitcoins and the SEC fucking things up is just another one we had to get comfy with.

Do you agree with BTC being a commodity? I think it's a currency.

Yea i do, The CTFC says it is b/c it is mined! making it a commidity as 'work' was put in to make it + PoW is not of 'sole benifit' like the ICO coins
FYI, i remember this happening

https://www.cftc.gov/sites/default/files/idc/groups/public/@aboutcftc/documents/file/gmac_100914_bitcoin.pdf

search BTC CTFC Commodites (the commission that regulate commodities)

>I think it's a currency.
being a currency does not mean it is not a security...
