The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

this is a good point, but its also what makes them much easier to trade imo. if you undrstand a bit about their various pricing/risks, you can make pretty accurate calls on that alone. unlike in equities where youll get good news and it tanks. bonds move slow and tend to trend nicely in one way or another till the yields become either too low, or too high.

just check where all the volume is on /ZB futures and youll be able to see these points rather clearly. i saw that there was no OOMPH behind this pump and decided it would not get any higher.

/smg/ What is your opinion on Instagram TV?
I think that it is huge addition, might bite nice piece of YT.
Facebook really knows how to do content monetization and have high users engagement.
I think it really will work now that younger gen is looking for some alternative for YT,
Google had really bad streak of changes that effected content creators and users had no alternative until now.
Not to mention they had already problems with ad partners before all this Logan Paul and Pewdiepie bullshit and monetization have been on constant downfall since first changes made to it by Google.

you can do that. but the RoI from the same move will be like 10x what youd get on the stock move and you could basically pretend that youre holding 100 shares of the stock for a fraction of the cost.

however, theyre WAY more risky, and much more complicated (with greeks and tons of math involved) and you have to worry aout a lot of things youd never think about w stock. one big thing is that if options expire, theyre completely worthless. 100%loss. they are high risk/high reward memes

you should look into it when u got time. similar lev (sans 1000% RoI moonshots), but much more defined risk. you can do slick things to cancel out the greeks too which is SUPER helpful

but i feel ya. it took me losing a lot fucking around on options before i figured it out lol.

but i shouldnt recommend such degeneracy to others.

imo so long as you dont GAIN an addiction going thru it, its all positive (even if its a waste of time. i mean i dont got a career or whatever either. i just play music at people and they pay me lol more than they used to too). me? i kicked heroin by just doing music instead. its always what you make of it.

used to play basements in bloomington IN a lot. great scene. still good too, i played there last may. best bands out there were coneheads and CCTV imo. i fucking love those guys. awesome folks too.

Here are my plans for Monday and GBR

PLAN 1:
GBR moons from open and I slowly raise my stop loss

Plan 2: GBR crashes, hits my stop loss and continues to crash and I buy the dip

Plan 3: GBR crashes, hits my stop stop loss, then immediately moons off it and screws me out of my gains

What others am i missing?

I'm rather doubtful about my prior assessment with HMNY having a good pump before the reverse split. Today may have been all the bulls had left and was the last chance to get out. These little pumps the last couple days weren't a short squeeze, just people buying high and maybe a couple small shorts closing. There is still a possible pump on Monday, but this shit is unironically heading to $0.02 by the end of next week if they push this reverse split through as fast as I think they will. The good news is that after it consolidates, it'd pretty much be the best time to buy because it'd be the best time to close shorts since any bear worth his salt will know the bulk of the drop is over. This shit will squeeze within a day or two after the consolidation.

Read my above post. There's a chance it might pump a bit before the reverse split, but it's very doubtful and will definitely not go over $1 until after. Obviously if it's a dollar after the consolidation that doesn't help you very much since you'll only have a fraction of the value. Best bet is to get out and buy back in at $0.25 after the reverse split, sell around $2.50 when the shorts take their gains.

The February correction came mainly as a result of the rate hike.
The emerging markets are mainly facing a shake down as a result of the rate hikes.
March's shake down may have also involved rate hikes, I believe... This shake down is coinciding with an actual rate hike in addition to the announcement of an additional one, but the trade war really is heating up -- check FXI which is a nice RH window into the Shanghai exchange.
It was beyond a 6 month low last Friday, and I heard the actual index is currently at a 1 year low and officially in a bear market... So the current one is much more so to a consequence of the trade war materializing

That's fascinating!
"Then passes it" could be picked up by the metric we discussed for faggotry flow index (OR change in momentum of these two values relative to each other) -- it's a nice means of showing increasing retail investor concentration (as opposed to institutional or insider holdings concentration)
So there's definitely a way to quantitatively describe this if it properly predicts "there goes the floor" -- which means not only that you could set up a stock screener for this quality, but also hook it up to an ML model :^)

>ive been doing the same thing with put/call IV and O/I put/call ratio. i look where there seems to be a sudden spike in IV for calls or puts, then i confirm that the put/call ratio is the opposite. then i bet against it. the guys riting a bunch of calls, want you to buy their calls, but they DONT want you to win. so they can push you OTM till expiry and THEY win. this is the way of the bog, and ive been trying to emulate it as much as possible
I'm thinking that if there's contracts at a certain price level for more shares than there is average daily volume, that could show where the resistance or support level could end up.
If there's a stupendous number of protective puts for $120, then it could keep the price from going below 120 because it could make executing the options absolutely unprofitable and executions of put options could possibly pump the price

like i said, i think its options writers with tons of money looking for that 100% desu.
the put/call oi ratio is only useful in conjuction with the put IV and call IV though, and then only on really manipulated things. SLV is a good example (tho i noticed this AFTER i had 10 contracts FFFFUU).
