When the first red volume bar is bigger than the previous green volume bar, that's your cue to sell. It means bulls are running out of steam. You can also look for two consecutive instances of the above for a trend confirmation, but you will probably be further off the peak by then.
Anything else is a fake shake out and you should continue to hold.
