Big pharma company licensed a cancer treatment to the little pharma company and now wants to take that back, and since big pharma company is a majority share holder in little pharma, theyre taking over the company. The only information out about it is that there's a meeting in July to discuss/approve it. Obviously they're going to want to try to save this turd as quickly as possible, so I'm betting by "July" they literally mean the first Monday of July. When it's under a nickel, it's not going to pop back up until after the reverse split. You'd probably be able to break even or make a small amount of gains, but you'd definitely have a 50%+ loss first.
