quorum is a permissioned eth clone. They may have a basic oracle to bring data in but I don't think they have payment capabilities. The graphic is just icing on the cake. The connections here consist of Microsoft azure's enterprise smart contracts being created by SmartContract, creators of Chainlink. There is a lot of details of why Microsoft's cryptlets or enterprise smart contracts are basically chainlink adapters. In the scenario it looks like they are taking real world data and entering this info on a blockchain smart contract which would require an oracle. It also mentions making royalty payments which would require blockchain to issue off chain payments via api, something chainlink was built for.

Do you niggers realizie that this is a massive business opportunity?
You can start building something today that will use LINK, just a ready website and start learning chainlink tech.

I'll have so many smart contract weather insurance options for people to choose from I'll put FARMERS out of business in less than 3 years because they simply can not keep up. Right now people are getting screwed over and to have something in place where if they get hit by a hurricane and face cat 4 wind speeds for 3-4 hours they know they'll have a pay out in any currency they want. I cannot confirm who I am, ok? I have to make this very clear at the outset.

But I do happen to know the team behind the data dump.

Given that I have given my location, I will just say that you should go on a scavenger hunt and find what neutral service offerings there are closely linked (pun intended) with Chainlink.

Has anyone put together why on Earth did Docusign unleash a maelstrom of a product service offering in stealth mode?

Anyone find it interesting that Ms. Boring is involved?

Where did they last publically meet?

Who also shared the stage with them?

What are their roles?

What has the the body language of the participants revealed to you?

Do they seem well acquainted?

What's the timespan from the recent announcement compared to their last public meeting? Look at the video.

What was the subject matter?

Piece these questions together and you will know all that you need to know.
