okay guys should I be worried here or am I just overthinking things?

>team of me and one other dude,
>due to being a 24/7 MSP we have india associates for the night hours to work tickets (not cyber security shit)
>manage our security and clients
>last month we had layoffs in our MSP dept and they fired some of the customer manager roles since they realized a whole manager per customer was retarded
>despite layoffs our team actually got a new member who is a senior level role for a cybersecurity hardware specialist to help us revamp our tools
>today on my 1 on 1 with my boss
>rave review of my performance this year
>offhandedly he mentions that next year at some point we should make an SOP for our daily seim and other tool monitoring so that we can pass it off overnight to our india associates while we sleep and also to help us focus our shit elsewhere since we're a small team and that takes a lot of time

fuck bros what do I do here? I'm almost 100% sure my boss who is our literal CISO knows that outsourcing monitoring overnight to Indians is a horrible idea. he's a smart guy and we've had issues with our foreign teams constnatly.

then again we also got a new team member like a week ago as previously mentioned and he must be making like $130k and my boss also hinted we might be getting a security GRP compliance member to our team next year as well.

maybe I'm just overthinking it and this is just him trying to prep for scalability? we do have a lot of potential new clients in the pipeline
