yeah, I finally bought in at the end of november, right when BTC breached 9k. It's so annoying, because I've known about bitcoin since it's inception. Almost got into it back in the day, then mt gox happened and I thought "well if it can all just be hacked and stolen probs not good".

Saw it talked about on pol and other forums throughout 2015 and 2016. Still held off on buying. Then when it started taking off in 2017, told myself I'll wait til it goes down to buy (this is when BTC is around $2k). Watched it all year, talked with my buddy in June about buying some but we never did for some reason.

Then in the fall it keeps growing and growing I finally said this is it, I'm putting my money in this shit. So far so good, through my investments I doubled my money more or less. And I am still confident that it can be a great investment. But I don't really hold any delusions of being a millionaire anymore from my paltry under 5k investment. Nothing is impossible.

At the same time I think the market has been heavily manipulated. So many buyers drove the price from 13k to 19k in like, a day, and that was the problem. Since then Bittrex closed all new registrations (still not available) Coinbase would shut down for days at a time for noobs. The whole bitcoin cash rollout happened. And of course you can't forget the effects of wall street futures trading on bitcoin market as well. The truth is no one knows the future here. Bitcoin could go sideways for a year. Or it could shoot up to 25k in february, both are very possible
