FUCK FUCK FUCK /biz/. I have an interview in TWO hours, I am so fucking nervous. Of course the HR representative is some little qt straight out of college. I have bad, BAD experiences when it comes to interviews, how THE FUCK do I not make a fool of myself? I get so nervous, voice cracks, dry throat, shaky hands/feet... As always I'll force myself into the interview, but I always end up making a fool of myself. Thinking of questions right on the spot, it's fucking pure torture, FUCK NORMIES

I need to hire a marketing guy to promote my product (saas app)

It's my first time hiring someone. Is there a standard procedure for doing this? Not talking about the legal questions, but how to actually make sure you get the right person?

So far I've made a clear job description and written a job ad.

Can I just take an MBTI and pick the most positive stuff from the result, but write it so that it's not obvious that I took it from that test?

Also, a job application process took me through a test and gave me IQ, speed, and personality results, can I pull positive stuff out of that one too or will all this be too obvious?
