Okay hear me out... I have a retarded idea. What if there was a cryptocurrency that instead of its users being anonymous every user had an identity and by virtue of just their identity they are able to gift 100 coins per day to 1 other person other than themselves for services rendered unto them by that person (food delivered to them etc). So it's like Universal Basic Income but you are forced to give it to someone else within 24 hours, saving it to accumulate it is not allowed, you can only accumulate coins other people gifted you for services rendered.

It's called UBI Coin or some shit idk. I think there's something to it guys. The math checks out.
