Do you guys trade depression levels? My portfolio has been crashing since November and I am basically down 90%. I took some profits though so I have some powder to reinvest.
I accumulated the months June, Juli, August, because I felt like absolute shit about my portfolio. I have now reached a point where I got used to how much money I lost and my mind adapted to the status quo so now I was thinking of setting my next buy order according to something that I call 'depression levels'. I basically ask myself 'How low has this asset have to drop for me to reach a new higher level of bagholder depression. How low does it have to fall for me to feel even more shit'. Once I identify the price, thats where I set my buy orders.
I am willing to buy 3 more months of that new potential depression floor.
If I get used to that floor and a new depression floor gets reached, I can buy for 3 more months. After that Id be pretty close to actually killing myself
