So what ratio is best? 20% monero, 20% ETH, 20% XRp and 40% BTC that you just HODL until lamboland?

Guys, how would I go about gathering funds for setting up a government compliant biotech company in a 3rd world country?

I would need about 1.500.000$ up front for the CRISPR tech and then 600.000$ annually to pay for the doctors/other costs.

Do I start a publicly traded company from the beginning and ask people to buy my stocks or do I crown fund? i could also go for the private investor route whoch I know is best. I dont think Ill ever get government grants.
