What is the /biz (smartest people on the planet) stance on artificial sweeteners?
I love my boomer drinks but when I turned 28 I started getting fat and unhealthy (sedentary gamer life)
I started healthy diet, working out, nofap (well, less fap kek) and ditched my sugar drinks for artificial sweeteners
Started with sucralose. Ehh. After about 3-4 months I actually gained weight, got depressed and wanted to kill myself ( I shit you not) and it went away when I switched back to sugar
So I gave it another shot this time aspartame. It was giving me anxiety but I was not hungry as fucking dog all the time like with sucralose.
After about a year of daily dose of aspartame I realized that maybe it does affect me mentally in a bad way so ditched it for few days.
Turned out it was literally changing me from inside out. My personality completely changed.
Im back to sugar. Best shape of my life.
Anyone has a story?
