>That number accounts for all potential shares and not an actual accounting of how many common shares actually exist.
Then why didn't they say 900m?

>They're including the warrants not yet converted
Absolute bullshit, cope harder. If that was true wouldn't they be saying 900m shares (pic related)? Also, you even fucked up with your copium. The company has already confirmed that warrants have been converted to preferred shares, if you're gonna bullshit the current cope is pretending that the preferred shares haven't been converted to common.
>but its not possible for another 60 days
Sure sign you get your information from leddit rather than reading the filings. The 90 day restriction is on the company doing another offering on top of the current one, it places zero restrictions on the preferred shares being converted to commons.
>and the warrant holder can only hold 9.99 percent of the company at a time.
Which is why they convert some, sell, convert more, sell again.
>This is why the Hudson Bay Dilution FUD is wrong
I don't get how you tards are still denying dilution? Do you think they're giving the company millions of dollars out of charity? Besides which, lets pretend your copium is true (spoiler, it's not). If this fresh atl is the price without any dilution, what do you thinks going to happen when hundreds of millions more shares flood the market?
>if it were true I wouldn't be buying.
It is true, but you're retarded. It's ok, not everyone is destined to make it.

>What you are saying is all conjecture. They never said the dilution occurred but are simply taking into account that outstanding warrants do in fact exist.
If that was the case they would have listed the shares outstanding as 900,000,000 as that is the number once all warrants/preferreds are converted.

You think that's more likely than the company doing exactly what they told you they'd do? Cope harder bbbyaggie.
