At the core I don't believe this really hurts early mco investors then... Nothing about it either strikes me as particularly upsetting. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. This basically gives a higher utility to one token. Although I think those tiers are absolutely ridiculous. Don't understand what the end game there is.
