I'm the anon who bought property in Siberia. I can give some redpills from a burger's perspective. Rural Russia is far from perfect but it's my plan because:
1. I can retire there at age 28.

You can start with the 3 year multi-entry visa and live there 6 months at a time. Residency you can get easily but you have to commit to living there for 5 consecutive years.

My plan B is Siberia. Already have propert. Already have legal residence. Just need to save up a bit more, then I'll be cashed out of society.

Already have a house and land in Siberia. Perfect for ghosting. Trying to save up a bit more so I can retire there at age 30.
