Depends on your margin. You can buy some VIX calls, you can turn (some) naked puts into put spreads or you can just not hedge at all.

If you write ATM puts for 700 MSFT the market would need to tank a solid 50% before you get called. Which is "impossible" or at least "highly improbable".
