Im 30 yrs old.

My annual income is around 32k.
I get bossed around and told what to do by people almost a decade younger than me.

I still get bullied by people like I did back in Highschool. I don't really understand it, but I just give off this energy of complete disrespect where people feel like they can get away with mistreating me, and it works.

Will crypto help me become less of a loser?

If I knew I would do it. Worst part about depression is that when you're in it, it feels like you can't get out. That's how I feel. I feel like I can't do anything to make things better. The weird thing is it's not like I'm unproductive. It's not like I don't have a decent paying job, a relationship, friends, etc. I maintain those things more out of sheer inertia than anything else. I'm haunted by a constant anxiety that I need to do SOMETHING about this and its only expounded upon by the fact that I don't know what I need to do or what "this" even is. I don't ever feel happy really but sometimes I do feel brief respite. I find this in taking walks, exercises, going fishing, reading, etc. That's what blows my mind too. They tell you all these things to "help" with depression. Really all they are is things to distract you from your mind. Seems to me almost like telling someone to take up gardening while their house is burning down.
