This. Can be hard to do, but following through on a set schedule, especially one where you get your important stuff knocked out earlier in the day is nice.

I run to my gym and do weight training on Monday, Wednes and Friday. I also swim on Tuesday and Thursday.

Between my weight sets at the gym, I walk around the track and switch between studying Spanish, Chinese and Mandarin.

After exercising, I shower, eat (chicken, veggies, fruit and some type of carb like pasta or oatmeal) and nap/meditate for 20 minutes with good and comfy noise cancelling headphones and block out as much light. Once my timer goes off, I'm up and feel great.

When running and gymming, I don't use my phone beyond language study. No music. Talk to some people along the way. I've got body issues, so I run back home shirtless. Sometimes stop and talk to guys and girls alike. Pretty much exposure therapy.

I tend to sleep in until 11 AM, so I'll be done by 3 PM generally and can do whatever I want the rest of the day and feel good about it. Had evening classes this Spring and I would feel better and do better thanks to routine and exercise. Hard the first two weeks. Even when I feel bad, I exercise. Keeps my routine and I feel better afterwards.

Taking summer classes in the morning, so looking at having a similar routine after class or waking up earlier and going to class.

Doing this, the highs aren't as high, but the lows aren't as low. Keeps me even keel.

Also, therapy. Should have started sooner.
