Can anyone here give me a legit reason why money printing ('MMT') is bad? I mean an actual thought out answer, not hurr durr retard type answers. I honestly can't think of anything wrong, as the economy is so vast, it simply gets sopped up by the people without any noticeable consequences.

I'm old enough to be your dad and I own 5 properties. I own none completely outright now but they have steady cashflow that well covers the note, and all my tenants are section 8 families so my payment is guaranteed. I pay 5% of the rent for a property manager to take care of collecting rents, fix toilets, etc but the manager does a great job, totally worth the pay. Those 5 properties net me avg of 1340/mo after all expenses; I wish I could find more properties to buy now but the market here in Philly is super hot, too many people buying OVER ask now.
If there's one thing I could tell people here on biz, its that get into real estate as young as you can, even if its just painting rehabs for someone else on the weekends, because you'll get to pick stuff up over the years.
