I don't think that that will happen any time soon.
Cheating taxes through bitcoin doesn't get you far, because you can't use the money for anything like real estate/cars etc.
Honestly I think we the next recession will already to the trick. Our governments are barely scraping by, just imagine what would happen if 10-15% of jobs would disappear and a lot of stock market wealth.
Or if a giant like Deutsche Bank would go insolvent. They would have to pring money like crazy, making the € worthless and at some point they won't be able to pay the gibs for all the migrants, which will result in riots.
This could all happen within the next few years.

Also I don't ever see the government treating its workers like customers as long as we live in a democracy where more than 50% of people are dependend on some sort of transfer payments.
