Anyone here own a condo? Is it worth it to buy one or no? I'm gonna finish college soon and I'm not sure if I should buy one or not. The main reason I want to buy one is because I want to own property and I don't want to throw away money paying rent. But I'm deadly afraid of buying the wrong unit or being stuck with a condo I cannot sell later. I live in the NYC area and I'm looking at condos in the NYC suburbs, mainly in or around Yonkers because the crime rates are way lower than NYC and I want a place with a garage.

Anyone have any advice for me? How long would I need to own it before I make my money back and more? Also, I've noticed a lot of these condos on Zillow were brought recently and are being sold for way more than the inflation rate would be, for example condos brought for 70k just a few years back are now being sold for 120-150k. Is it a good idea to avoid those units? I feel like there's no way the value isn't gonna go way down on those. Besides that anything I should look for? I'm not buying one as an investment for now but I would want to rent it out if I decide to move somewhere else.

What’s the point of locking at a high price if when you unlock you have to put it on an exchange and sell it at the current fair market value?

these guys are android poorfags that will cope until they die. its not about being an apple loyalistfag. its about getting a phone that will perform as good as it does 5 years after owning it like the way my iphone 8 still does. apple just makes better phones overall. you can bet my anus that we're gonna have people leave other phone brands for the new pill notch dynamic island hype. its just such a cool but unexpected integration

What are some actual good, non-meme books on personal finances? I'm looking for books on passive income, budgeting, saving, increasing wealth overtime, and just general good advice on not being a wagecuck. There's so many out there I have no idea how to pick one.
