The answer is more stable, and that's because the world is probably gonna greatly destabilize in the next 20 years. There's only about 5 countries in the world that have enough youth to offset what's about happen when boomers all retire in this decade. Even China has mismanaged their population count, and the USA passed them up as a younger country in 2018. There's a reason the USA has placed such a big emphasis on energy in the last 10 years, it's to become self-sufficient. The political scene is total chaos right now but a lot of the world is also in that political chaos.
