Dude you're way too full of yourself. If you've never worked with docker it doesn't take long to learn. If you think not knowing shit like that is important for a junior position you're retarded. Even senior engineers don't need to know the ins and outs of docker/kubernetes/whatever they can learn it when they need to.

These candidates probably know a million things you don't. 90% of everything to any software engineer is always something that's unknown and has to be learned, and will also be deprecated and relearned, forever.
If I were to point you at 10 random azure services and asked you how to run them you'd also 90% of the time tell me "I don't know", because to know even a quarter of everything that is out there is impossible. Everything is based on learning and relearning constantly.
