Institutions have no desire for BTC to price them out, in addition a shakeout is 'good' in the sense it creates a dip/discount for new buyers who were "waiting for the dip" to buy in. The ones who panic sell will usually fomo back in out of frustration at themselves, never realizing it was the banks and chinks shaking them out who caused their woes. The accumulation by the big powers will continue at a faster rate, causing the unstoppable pump to 60,000 before it becomes unsustainable.
