Hey /biz/, poorfag just exiting plebtier in the next couple years. Making 70k atm plus some revenue from a side business, I just paid off student loans and I'm looking to invest using a few different ways; I'd like your opinion on the options.

1. Stocks. I'll be investing with a diverse portfolio when I get the methods, looking at the robinhood app to come to Android by the time I've saved up (bank is near empty from paying loans early)

2. Real estate. I'll be getting a condo to minimize maintenance so I stop throwing rent away. HOA fees are a bitch but the houses in central MA are awful, expensive, and the rooves are fucked every winter so I might as well have that be somebody else's problem. After I pay off my place in full, I'm thinking of purchasing commercial property, but I'd have to do it in small scale to start. What's /biz/'s recommendation for small scale starting properties? Warehouses, storage, single office buildings, etc. Any preference or options with lower prices/maintenance?

3. Coins. This is a weird one; I won't have enough to invest in gold coins in bulk, but I was considering silver coins. This is the main issue I'd like to hear about from /biz/, what are your thoughts on silver coins?

I'm a 9-5 anon, working as a software engineer, started a resume business on the side while I write a novel to put on google play and a tabletop based on it that I'll target to LGS (or hell, maybe be one of the first on google play).

I started the resume business after doing my own resume, my girlfriend's, and her friend's. I had no idea what I was doing, advertised low as fuck prices on craigslist. Now that I have a better understanding of what I'm doing, I'm charging more than double and putting flying up at local colleges and community centers to advertise.

Don't let richfags discourage you from starting small, so long as you have a plan to get big.
