i don't feel like we'll ever really have panic or despair. what more has to happen? alts are down 95%, everyone that's still in this market is either retarded or cashed out his initial + profits long ago, letting the rest ride. we all expect btc to go to 100k$ eventually and aren't worried about what happens in the meantime. i mean, i'd get worried if we went back to 1k or 500$, but then i'd probably just buy some more.
honestly, the most capitulation i ever felt from this community was june 28th when everyone sold/shorted and called for 3k$ btc. it's too late for panic, if people held alts they lost all their money already and if they hold btc they know they'll be ok. only panic i can imagine from here is bear panic when btc hits 15k again and they realise we've been at the bottom all the time while they waited for their imaginary 4k or 3k bottom
