Preannounced a sales beat for fiscal 2020, while simultaneously raising guidance for 2021 sales ($475 million) and 2024 sales as well ($1.7 billion); then
Capitalized on that headline by announcing a sale of $1.8 billion worth of new stock (at a significant discount to its then-current share price); and
In response to the above, received price target hikes from analysts at B. Riley Securities, Craig-Hallum, JP Morgan, and Truist, who now value Plug stock at anywhere from $70 to $88 a share.
