Yes. I’ve been in crypto for almost 7 years. I was swing trading $30k worth of Matic and Fet back in 2019 when it was released. Now here I am, an old fuck, 33 years old. And, I effed up. I am $32k in debt. That is my net worth.

But I still have my job, and a small 401k of about $20k.

What do I do bros? $4k stack in crypto.

I realized that all alts (even those in the top 15) are worthless and I'm 100% in alts. They'll never reach even half their ATH will they? fuck I'm such a retard.

I don't work (cant be motivated) for monetary or even spiritual rewards

I had some bad luck in 2018, 2019 started even worse (financially). I am jobless for 3 months now, the reason is because I'm really tired of working for someone and being yelled all the time, zero fucking appreciation, I hate it.

All this crypto bullshit and stress at work has recently put me in a state of mind that I don't realize anymore what is happening around me. I have no fucking clue what this is, this started one day and has been going on for weeks now.
