Softening is over and the ECB raising rates is going to fuck Italy trying to pay back their massive debt. And something about Germany taking on target2 debt for the shittier countries.
But trying to avoid it and not raising rates would let inflation run wild.
With no energy independence and reserve currency they can't hold frame like Daddy Jerome.
