Also, it doesn't even fucking matter that they've begun factoring in savings accounts because money isn't moving. If money isn't moving, the fractional reserve system begins to fall apart, so they print more money in order to try and entice people to spend and make money move, but it's just not happening. Monetary velocity is just as important as the liquid money supply.
