Does this coin have any use other than buying drugs? There is no active development, no smart contracts, it is PoW and no plan to transition to PoS (which means fees would get very high if it becomes popular). Why would I invest in Monero if my intention is not to do anything illegal?

I thought this was going to be done over a day or two resulting in very low lows and a rebound after the story got out. I was wrong.
Around 10% has been sold already and the rest will be over the coming weeks. So you probably won't get those buys in the 20's hit, but if you're looking to accumulate you can probably get an underlying bid fulled for the next few weeks.
