This is an interesting idea. Traditional pro sports teams are all studied to hell and back so the bookie rates don't leave much wiggle room. But since esports is still growing SO quickly there is a (relatively) lot of wiggle room. It is also hard/impossible to regulate/restrict since you can gamble on CSgo games with digital currency including in-game items that still have real value so I don't really see how this potential income stream going away....

The only 'downside' is that you must spend at least a little (more likely a lot) time to play/know the Game you want to gamble on and follow the pro scene until you know what the fuck is going on.
