request network is a literal token not needed that is down 98% from its highs. it was mainly used to scam linkmarines by convincing them to put half of their LINK into REQ. the old "50/50 LINK/REQ" meme

similarly bonded finance is a way for bonded finance jeets to convince people to buy the fake BOND instead of the real BOND

The real $BOND, Barnbridge, has better tokenomics (community distribution which you can take part in, vs bonded finance VC bags) and a better team (synthetix, aave founders involved vs literally whos on bonded finance team)
