I'm trying to figure out that myself.
The monthly and weekly fractal considers a run up back to $140 and the yearly fractal considers a drop back to around $95.

Another thing to consider is that the fractal from may 10 to may 24 (the BIG one) just repeated on a 1D timescale... So really I'm thinking we might see the algorithm SPERG and go up to $140 and then down to $90 in a single day.
This might be when we start seeing some Volkswagen tier volatility. I simply don't know anymore. I think we squeeze this week.
