Seems like testing the waters with Mt. Gox was the way that they got theirs...... the "Hidden" CRYPTO Intelligence Community making themselves into an unknown parent company to begin the development, as well as overseeing the fundamental steps for setting up a few coin exchanges and ATM ideas, and at the SAME TIME decided to use whoever that they wanted to oversee the theft and restructuring of Crypto into their wallets for a small time to generate fiat from it all.
