How realistic is my plan for the future?
>1. Stop spending money I don't have on college, drop out after this semester and continue work as an HVAC tech helper(18 years old at this point)
>2. Become HVAC technician, marry fiance and don't have kids yet, she works as florist, rent in affordable housing of my city, and continue saving(probably about 20)
>3. Buy home asap in nice neighborhood, try to start own hvac company or move into upper management by this time
>probably have first kid, wife stays and takes care of kiddo, I continue working, have about 4 more years until it gets real hard to save
>try to buy some sort of investment property before then
>Continue having kids and trying to buy more investment properties until I have a fuck ton of both and only work I have to do is change diapers and manage real estate
I live in an affluent area of Texas but I don't have money for college so I would need to take out loans to continue going to communtiy college for general engineering and eventually ut or texas state for a specialized engineering major, which is why I don't know if it is worth it to stay in school and slave away. What do? Is this realistic?
